Thank GOD Jerry Brown is now in charge.

Maybe he can use some of the non-voter approved funds from his ... "Bullet Train to Nowhere" and finally end fishing once and for all.

Geez, that would open up my weekends for seal watching. Will need a new pair of binoculars though.

It all started when they switched the name from "Fish and Game" to "Fish and Wildlife"....
