The garden is doing great and I let a few zucchini get big to make these, Zucchini Boats 8) I browned some ground turkey and mixed in some bell pepper, onion and tomato :) Baked in the oven at 350 for an hour and a half :)

MMMMMM-mmmmmm! Zucchini boats have become a summertime staple in this house. Good way to switch up the ways you have to cook all that vegetable.
