I tried 3 different recipes on this smoker batch. Butcher butter steaks, southwestern Yellowtail, and peppered bourbon/brown sugar Rainbow trout. All came out as tasty as expected, but the fish was definitely more on point!

Did the steaks get any fish flavor? Vice versa? Never really used a smoker, so not sure how that would work.

Nope, smoker makes everything taste like smoke. I also put the meat on the top rack so no fish dripped on it.
