My buddy showed me some cool fossils from what looks like the Delmar formation on a jobsite that he was working. I know the strata they come from, so took a quick hike to see if I could find some of the Pliocene deposits.
I took a detour and came across rocks that I wasn't sure what layer they are from since they are exposed and deteriorating from the elements, but suspect they are the Delmar Formation.

Lots of classic Pelecypods

Grabbed a few easy to pull out rocks for some later close up viewing. There could be some teeth in the mix also, so I have them organized and labeled for viewing another day.
