Man, I've missed out over the years. So, I didn't have any Korean BBQ sauce, so I instead brushed some wine vinaigrette on them and put them over high heat. I sprinkled some lemon pepper on them and in about 5-7 minutes had a perfectly cooked collar which looked like chicken, but tasted WAY better!
Worth the extra effort to remove the collar if you don't do it. I've only removed a half dozen and probably only cooked half that many. It will be on my list for now on!

Chicken of the sea B) looks tasty boss, imagine how fat you'd be if you kept all the collars you used as chum and fertilizer :o
