I'm heading to Bishop/Mammoth next week so it was time to get busy today before the Easter Mayhem begins. I had sliced up an Eye Of The Round and let it marinade over the weekend :)

Put the 1st batch on the Smoker today

While that was going on I have my Dehydrator going in the Shop 8)

Apples, Plums,Pineapple, and Mango

Apples and Plums are done, waiting on the rest....Apples were dusted with Cinnamon :)  :)

Oh yeah, Tom's favorite  ;D

Should all be done by tomorrow, except for the Jerky.....it's a longer process ;)

Perhaps the whole skull will appear in his truck in 2026 ;D

Quote from: sasquatch on April 07, 2025, 05:38:30 PMSome truth to that, but Ive also got a couple compression fractured vertebrae and a bulging disc giving me back pain. Getting set up for a second round of injections to see if that will help. Also going in for an ablation on my heart to try and deal with my 100% burden of Afib. Might be done with the big stuff. We'll see.

Hope you find some relief with the back !

The heart stuff is not an easy thing to deal with as well, hope you get positive results with both issues !!

A little Sand Therapy is always a good thing. Hopefully the water warms up soon cause I'm looking forward to Summer.

Quote from: jrodda on April 03, 2025, 08:08:00 PMHold on a few more years and we'll be able to 3D print you a new one!!

That sucks though, I can't imagine.

All I can say is take care of yourself in your younger years, I was jumping on and off of Excavators, Dozers and Backhoes for 30 years and it took a toll on my body  :(
