Surf sesh with Josh. Went through 3 bags of macks in less than 3hrs. Calicos were relentless! Even had to move a few yards south to avoid them. No luck. Josh couldn't get away from them either.

The only pic I took was the first one I caught at 16".



Josh has more pics if he wants to post them up. With a smaller hook and a desire to want to catch them, we could have easily put 20 calicos on the sand. BUT, the kelp situation was great!!! Cant wait for the tides to be in favor of the nocturnal anglers like myself.

Nice Calico! It's good to hear the grass situation is starting roll in our favor. I'll see you on the sand, when the tides are right!
