Surfline called for 3-6' surf, so we were expecting sh!tty conditions. Greeted to 1-2' and some 3' at its worst! Suhweet!!

Baited up and sent out the macks. Lots of critter bites. I struck first with a hubcap sized bat. Ugh. Binh was up next with a PB tying leo at 56". Damn, you catch a leo you ain't catching a legit grinner. That was it for the night. Beautiful night, but wrong beach.

Sat in front of the fan all afternoon trying to decide to go or not. Decided not. Good thing. Today is not a get by on no sleep work day.

We left surprisingly early, almost 12am, for us.
