Buy a nice filet cut into serving size skin off

Salt / pepper each serving place into skillet with EVO and butter
Light sear (color) each side.
Place on baking sheet and coat with Panda Express mandarin teriyaki sauce (recently started using this - so ONO!)
400degree oven to finish for about 7-8 minutes depending on thickness.

Peel and cube potatoes into pot of cold water
Add Salt and diced garlic (I like to add a lot)
Boil till soft, drain, mash with fork
Add butter, half container cream cheese w/chives, and milk
Whisk until smooth (I have one of those boat motors with a whisk attachment so I whip till creamy
Add garlic salt to taste as you whip. Creaminess depends on how much milk or half half you add.

Asparagus mix in bowl with salt pepper and EVO.
Skillet with EVO and toss frequently. I like to add sugar and soy sauce to taste, just to make a little sweet
Asparagus is ready when it just turns dark green but still has a 'snap' to it when you bite. Don't let it get soggy.

Plate and enjoy. 20 min meal tops.

SUPER EASY Aloha!
