So doctor says to drop pounds and I figure walking the beach casting for small fare is far better than any other method.

Went to Wind and Sea walked one end to the other an around yet tide came up and grabbed lots of chopped salad and it became unfishable.

Did check Google Earth for landmarks that are a 1 mile from a parking area.

Tried Gulp sandworms for the last time, which have never gotten jack for me, and I'm done with plastics. Give me bait.

Right on Jim, best of luck with losing weight.  It's taken me 6 months, but I've lost over 45 lbs.  Between walking with my dad and walking the beach, I figure I average around 15 miles a week.  Has made a world of difference in my knee........................you can do it my man!!!

Yep, keep moving there Jim!  One of these days I want to see you with something from the surf!  I almost don't remember the last surf fish you caught.

Good seeing you get out again though!
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
