Nothing to see here, move along.
No bites with fish fry for all to watch. Many surface disturbances and descent splashes to keep one awake. Had one quick zing from a larger Smelt that got us leaping out of our chairs.

It sounds like you were fishing the bay?  I saw tons of fish fry in the bay on Saturday, but one of my buddies that was fishing from the shore said there was a ton of bait but hard to get a bite.
