Zucchini Boats

 The garden is doing great and I let a few zucchini get big to make these, Zucchini Boats I browned some ground turkey and mixed in some bell pepper, onion and tomato Baked in the oven at 350 for an hour and a half



Add a bit of your favorite spice and BBQ sauce




Add the ground turkey mix and a bit more BBQ sauce




Topped with cheese, tomato and olives then into the oven, I put some Parmesan cheese too

MMMMMM-mmmmmm!  Zucchini boats have become a summertime staple in this house.  Good way to switch up the ways you have to cook all that vegetable.
