I'm starting with Daiwa on Tuesday as a reel technician, working on reels sent in for warranty repair and whatnot. Full time. Very excited to have a job that I can give a sh!t about. I've worked on my own reels enough that I know all the goings on in most reels, but it will be a trick to get up to speed doing 10 reels a day or so. Time and patience....! Excited to potentially make some new fish head friends as well. Really just to have coworkers. I've been doing Amazon driving and Uber for the last 4 years and it does no favors for the social life.

Off to Humboldt with Jared and pals for steelhead, leaving late tonight, and getting back Monday.
