Smoked Meatloaf

 My cousin gave us some hamburger from a steer they had butchered recently so I decided to to mix it with some ground turkey and make a Meatloaf



Added some peppers from my garden along with a bunch of other stuff to give it some flavor.



Fired up the BBQ and roasted some Chili's for the top


Onto the smoker she went



Added some BBQ sauce and the roasted Chili's for the final 30 minutes


Sh%t looks GOOD


Had to test it out before the Vultures got ahold of it    Super moist and full of flavor, everyone loved it
