I've been trying to play the "hero role" instead of having Plan A, B, and C like I've always done in the past.  Yesterday I went out and after 3 hours of trying for yellows, halibut and WSB, I opted to make sure I put some meat in the cooler.  Well after catching what I caught, I'm reminded that I need to go back to my "back up plans"...

I'll try and get the posts up later today.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

I often wonder what it would be like to spend the time, effort and money to get the boat ready and drive 40 miles to The Launch Ramp and spend most of the day fishing, only to come home with nothing (ouch) So far it hasn't happened but I always say I ain't heading back in till we catch something worthy of eating !!! Backup Plans are sort of Insurance Policy to be considered a ''HERO'' so the 40 mile trek home isn't so miserable.   Ha Ha

I feel fine if I learned something. Albeit sore as hell. But I don't have the gas bills you guys have. These days I have been just fishing for bites instead of sending it but I think it's about time in the season to change that.
