Marlin Sandwich.

Seared on the cast iron. 
Toasted Brioche Bun. 
Homemade Pickles
Garden Tomatoes
Siracha Mayo.




Smoked Marlin

3 kinds.

Lemon butter and herb, Salt and pepper, and a Mandarin seasoned.
Wood was hickory and cherry.

So Good.


You can't catch them from your computer chair.
