Super late big bay hali slayin

Earlier this month my buddy Willis and I took out his over sized beer keg, 14' kalamath, the Baracoochi, to the big bay to get some bait for sharkin, put his kids on some fish, and look for some halis! Well we did all of that and then some, over 5-6 trips over 2 weeks, we had some good times and good eats! The boys had fun with the calis, spottys and macks, while we soaked bait for the bigger critters and flat kine. Most legals were caught on dines or chovys while the boys soaked the assortment of gulp minnows n mullets. Willis' oldest Fisher even got in on the hali fun with a 20 1/4 on plastic.

Some pretty sweet fish in there. It was nice of your buddy to let you hold his fish for some of the pics. I like the fish with the beer in its mouth best.
