Came back to the same area that was so good Saturday night. Got nothing.  I think I have a cursed rod.
My first saltwater setup I bought never saw much water and I have never caught anything on it.

Brought it out tonight.

Man, it was perfect conditions too.  Nice moderate rising tide.  Prior to a system rolling through... It's been a tough second half of the year for big game from the shore.

Maybe I should be glad that I'm working way too much.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

I was in the exact spot that was on fire Saturday night. Maybe the king tide and cold front put them off.
