Well, recipe is easy... El Nino Tuna, Teriyaki, Pineapple, Soy, Brown Sugar and a touch of bourbon... and plenty of saturated apple wood chips.



Finished Product.



I'm burping smoke....
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

We have an Orion Convection smoker and it's a totally different cook.

TG Turkey was amazing. 90min for a 13lb bird.

Pork shoulder / roast is incredible with this thing. Because of the short cooking times, it would be more appropriate for the bat fight use.

I would love to get and try some other smokers, but I've been using the cheap old can smokers for 25 years and got quite good at all the little  tricks I picked up to make it a little better.  I have to look up what kind of smoker you got.  That sounds like something I need at the house as it's time to upgrade!

Smokers are the way to go once you figure them out, nice tuna 8)
