My buddy had an early birthday celebration for me. 11 hours of drinking while attending a 6 band Thrash Metal concert ensued. 
Epic night, but I've now been crippled for 36 hours and finally just starting to wake up... I got to shake this funk and get out of the house!
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
