Tuesday Night Sharking (3/21)

Met up with Steve and Chriss (Pierfisher) to do a little sharking.  Conditions were stellar with the small surf and little weeds in the water.

Steve struck first with a calico...  He also had a much bigger bite that didn't stick.  It was probably his circle hook.  lol

I followed up with a big ass eel that Chris grabbed to use for bait.  I definitely wouldn't have held an eel, but Chris got some marine iron balls.

Biggest problem of the night?


No sharks....

Oh well, it was still a fun time and great to catch up with Chris again.  It's been a long time since i've last seen him and was great to catch up.

Next time... we'll get them!

Something liked those macks a little too much. 15 minutes and baits were shredded. Lost two rigs in a row to the reef I had atleast 5 casts on prior. Funny how that happens.

Good to see you guys again and learn something new. I'm going to try that eel soon.

Yeah, those little macks go fast! Especially since they're too small to cut in half. I went through 9 of them my last trip for a skunk.
