Birthday Bass Assassination 1/3/15

Went out to break in my new license at my aunts "private pond" out in east county for my birthday yesterday. Fished from lil after noon til 530 when my girl got cold and my family had dinner reservations for 7 so time was limited. My girl and I Had a blast! Stuck a ton of fish on all kinds of baits, but the split shot 6" sexy shad robo worm was $$$! Found em off structure in 10-25'. Sorry not a ton to the details... jus stitching and creepin plastics, slow with a lil dead stickin and quite a few bites on the fall. Got a few on spinner baits and rattle traps but the rubber waaaay out fished reaction baits today. Heres some pics

Lmfao your eyes don't deceive you Tommy, she laid the wood to em! She easily outfished me in quality and quantity, I didn't care had a blast rippin lips with my girl, with not another soul around. Couldn't hear anything but ducks, cormorants, ospreys coyotes, hawks and eagles. Saw a few does and fawns, drank good beer, sent up some smoke signals, and had a $hit eating grin all day it was exactly what I wanted/needed for my last bday in my 20s, damn I feel old when I look at it like that B)
