Since I can't fish yet, I'll share my buddy Roger's report....

He went down in that mess yesterday (since he's retired now) and almost got blown off the docks and rocks 5 times.  In-between all the rain, hail and wind.... he managed 3 nice spotties!

That's dedication..\

In the meantime, my framed boat was anchored down as best I could with one arm and it seemed like it was holding as of yesterday.  Some big winds over the evening had me a bit worried, and when I walked out at 4:30am to head to work, all hell broke loose.  My frame was bent and in a few pieces as well as my anchor lines actually moved blocks and broke limbs.  Ugh, I have to deal with that when I get home now...  I sured it up enough to hold I hope as we aren't supposed to get high winds today, but going to need a neighbor to help me get the steel frame back together.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Yeesh, fishing off the rocks in these serious winds is a real east coast mentality. Cool to see fish biting in the conditions.

Must have been cold. He's wearing a shirt.

He is dedicated, bummer on your boat cover. Mine was slightly swaying but it held up.
