For no other reason to post some pics of some great street tacos I made last night.

Tri-Tip
BBQ Red Peppers
Fresh diced Pico de Gallo
Corn Salsa
White corn tortillas grilled with sharp cheddar.

Mexican Street Corn



(It's tough keeping up with the Tim's of the world)  lol
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
