What to Do with Pismo Clams?

I made some New England Clam Chowder... and Clams Casino!  I didn't have any small shells, but I had aluminum ones for putting on the grill which worked just fine!



I actually bought a small can of clams to add to what i had for the chowder since I used a lot for the Casino.  No matter, tasty as ever!



I'm supposed to be eating healthy, but tonight I fear from all the bacon fat and butter I used... well, I failed miserably tonight on that front.  hahaha
