Deep dropping technique for small boats

I've had several people ask me how I deep drop off the kaboat and it's really quite simple. It's actually probably easier than a larger vessel. Made a quick video showing how I do it and don't get any tangles.

So few people have caught swords on the west coast and even fewer solo, so very interesting to see your setup. Think I'll wait til I have a solid hull under me before I let myself catch purple fever...

Thanks for sharing that Chris!  I'm planning on getting one from my sled one day, but hopefully sooner than later!
