March I have surgery.

Most of April is out except the last Saturday. (Crew Classic, Anniversary, etc)

May... I'll be in Hawaii for the first time. Not going into May or June since that's when the Grinner (not) Gathering will be happening.

Only Saturday that is not impacted by any big event that I could find on the San Diego calendar of events is April 27th, so I am pouncing on it.

Sorry, no suggestions are being taken at this time and hopefully everyone can make it!

Marked it. I'll find some time that day. Only challenge is finding a partner for the session.

Hernia surgery...  All of my working out the past 5 months apparently split my stomach muscles apart. Got to get the insides back on the inside.  I have the surgery orders in, now just waiting for the hospital to call me back with the exact date and time.

Making the decision to select the Bat Fight Night has been challenging the last 16 years.  I haven't been able to make everyone happy and can't keep switching it trying to avoid all of the events that go on in SoCal in March, April, and May.  I'll do this now to give everyone over a year to plan the next one.  I will put it on the SNBF FaceBook page once the 2024 SNBF has finished.

As for next years Bat Fight (2025), I will call it out now so everyone knows what day it will be.  I'm going back to the night of the time change, Saturday March 8th 2025.

We'll be there. Going to hang out with the base camp this year.
Keep it tight

Congrats VC on the win.  All it took was 32" to win it.  I still can't believe there were only 2 bats caught in 4 counties... Oh well.  We're going back to the Time Change in March for 2025.

Congrats to VC, but where's the pictures?

Latimeria

I thought I posted it, but I also can't remember which of the 6 places I did post and didn't.  I'll try to find it and post it up.  Weird I forgot the picture here.

Well, I'm predicting the VC will pass up LA and OC and never look back.  It seems the "Bookend counties" rule the Southern Waters....
