Private Pond with Coworkers 7/5

Went to the private pond as a guest by Jared's house, plus two other coworkers. 1645 to 1930. I forgot this was the plan after work and only had my 9' surf rod. Worked for me today. Broke the skunk amongst us with an anorexic on the rattle trap.



Everyone else was able to break the skunk after that. But who was first to two?



Pablo matched me then got a nice surprise in a big ol' cat on a senko.



I farmed one more then split. Gotta wake up extra early, this one internet kook wants to fish with me in the morning.

Always fun to fish the private stuff but they sometimes have Karens lurking. Nice outing !

Had a close friend that lived in Lake of The Pines in Auburn, we used to fish the lake.  It was awesome fishing private water, I'm jealous

The fishery there is nothing special but it is convenient after work when Jared feels like inviting us. Though I guess it's less beaten up than a lot of the public waters in the OC.

Santee Lakes wasn't anything special and I hated those lakes until this year.  I see a big bass in your future there.
