I was hoping some repairs I did to the boat were working and I haven't taken the bout out in a while, so a quick grocery run to restock the freezer was in order.

Hit the deepwater spots and back to the barn by noon was the plan since I had buddy's coming over for dinner while the wife and kids were away.

New trailer lights...  Fail.  Got to find why they aren't getting power.

Bled hydraulic lines (In hopes I didn't have to replace the helm)... Nope... Definitely have to replace the helm... Damn

Right shoulder.... still f@cked.

Ugh....  Hit the deep-water money spot only to find it was tough catching but managed some fish.

After getting some rockfish, I went to explore to find some fresh grounds and found the mother load of Green Blotched with a Mexican in the mix!

Save one spot to fill with my limit of Vermillion and ran back to hump.  Fish jumped on it the second my jig hit bottom.

Got home in time to start the Tomahawk steaks and proceeded to play darts with buds, drink a LOT of really good wine, and listen to some old school metal.  3 am and we finally crashed.  I'm hoping my neighbors will talk to me now, and if not then I guess that will work also.

Ugh, I feel like garbage....  but the 36 oz tomahawks were on POINT!  lol

You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Nice quality on the reds as always. Too bad about the helm situation, hope that goes smoothly for you. I'm sick of tillers, but you still kinda gotta earn your right to have your hands ahead of your chest while driving it seems.

Nice Limits  8)

Cheez and I found them last month, fun filled day and a full Kill Bag, and I can honestly say that cleaning fish is overrated  ::)  ;D

Hope the shoulder heals and gets better, not ideal for pulling Hoop Nets :(

Them Tomahawks looked awesome and I am sure your neighbors are Metal Fans, they always listen to it when you play it  ;D  ;D
