Had a visit with my Rheumatologist today in Poway. My Labs looked good from last visit and more labs were ordered today, since I was there I had the blood work done. If all is still good, I can cut one of my Meds in half and if that goes well, I can stop taking it all together  :)  :)  One less pill to choke down before my morning hikes. Sneaking up on 58 and I just realized I ain't 21 anymore :o  ;D

Hope we get a few more nice boating days before Winter sets in, The Cyclops needs to get wet again :)

Have a great weekend and be safe out there !

I'm not normally an herbal remedy guy, but I have quite a bit of arthritis in my elbow and hands following a couple surgeries and too many years of a rough job.  I started taking 1000mg of turmeric every day on the advice of my last surgeon and I do notice a difference. Definitely less joint pain in my hands.  Just my 2cents.  I get it at costco.
