Went down again to try for a big g lightning.  Same story as I caught 3 cats. Only difference this trip was reeling in what I thought was a big blue, suddenly turned bright yellow! I fought this deformed big hook jaw (looked like a banana was growing out from under it's face) 3 feet from the net. Totally thought game over! Then it rolled and flopped ... And swam away in some weird undulating motion with the hook no longer in his face. I got everything back, so apparently the size 10 hook in his 7-8# face wasn't in deep enough. Ugh.....

Well I tried... 3 days in a row.... or I guess 3 out of 4 days.



You can't catch them from your computer chair.
