 It was time to cook another pig in the ground,so first we had to get a pig.



Then we prepped it by stuffing it with onions, garlic, peppers, oranges and lemons and then seasoned it all up.



Can't cook without a fire ;)


The next day, 16 hours later it was time to dig it up.



You know it's cooked when you can pull the bones right out !



It's not a party unless these two are here 8)


I always invite the local Fire Dept. to feed them and let them relax.



Had to show my rival (Little Italy) how we do things right ;D


Partied till wee hours around the fire pit with good friends 8)


Got it out of my system till next year :o

BTW, you really live in the sticks!  Almost off the grid!  lol

Appreciate the invite TIM  8) Always looks like a great time and killer Imu pig. Was in Hawaii this year, hope to catch this event next time!!
