Congrats boss!  They are only to get bigger and bigger now you got a good one.  How was the fight?

I had my drag cranked down hard but with 80 lb line and the drag is about 20 lbs it was not a long fight.

He ran a long ways sidewards so I was afraid it got off had to run and reel to eat up slack. Mad about 3 real long runs before I could beach him. He ran into my bait rod so I had a birds nest to undo and cut off.

Took the sting out of the bait making skunk fest earlier. Also landed a small stingray on the bait rod.

This was caught on 2 store bought whole squid.
