Anybody been on the sand/cobblestones to see how bad they have gotten from the tides and high surf?

Looked at a surf cam for Del Mar and it looked really rocky.

Been busy. Some north county beaches turn to cobble in the winter. Some nearly disappear. Some are still fine in normal years. Might have a shot this weekend to have a look around.
