The Katana. All alps rollers, ALPS UB6 straight butt, 130lb blank, 7'9". Born an LBSF rod but may identify as a Marlin or tuna rod on weekends. Backwards guides and all.

Built an 80lb rod for my 12/0. 7'6" overall. White blank with red and blue wraps and gold trim. Poly cord butt wrap with a Turks head at the base. Re used #4 butt off a pen trolling rod that got scraped (new). Alps guides with roller.

This is the same blank I sent Southernsharker. I cut 3" off the bottom and reinforced it.

Beautiful rods, Chris!  Those are some cool roller guides.   8)
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
