Well after my last session catching my first sevengill (and new PB of anything!) I naturally assumed that I would be catching beasts every outing now, Haha.
Dad and I hit the sand again last night for a few hours and went through 3 big macs for one big skunk.
Conditions were great, but no one was home.  We had a nice, relaxing evening though  :)
A couple of pics just for fun.

Next time...

You're gonna be riding that PB 7gill high for a while!

Look at all that salad washed up on the sand. How was it out in the soaking zone, salad free? Did you stay until the tide peaked after sunset? Damn, looking at the surf forecast & how sunset and the peak high are lined up over the next few days is the Magic Hour recipe. Can't see myself letting that pass by without having a bait out either...

Joe,
There was a bit of salad on the sand, but nothing in the water.  I thought it would be a great night with the great conditions, but not a bite.
Let me know if you decide to come out, I may try to join you.

Don't even want to think how many hours I wait on average for one bite. Put in the time. It's the only way.

Don't forget possible grunion runs also. I plan on having a line out on a wider beach this time.

Putting some great time in between sharks...  Smells like firewood!  :)
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
