Headed down for a night session. What do you bring?

Here is my list, off the top of my head.

Rod, reel, rod holder.
Small cooler bag with bait. 4-10 mackerel depending on size, or other exotic baits if I have some.
2 22-25 oz beers. Prefer cans.
Duffel bag with extra warm gear. Light flannel, heavy flannel, hoodie, jacket, beanie. As needed based on weather.
3-5 light sticks.
Head lamp, plus extra batteries if I think about it. Usually not.
3 6oz sputniks.
3-5 extra rigs
Spool of 80lb mono for leaders
Chair

Think that's about it. I have some miscellaneous sinkers and hooks that seem to follow me wherever I go as well, but I don't count them.

Waders and boots in the winter, shorts if it is warm.

I feel like I travel pretty light, but have what I need. Most of it has to make the round trip, so I try to keep it down to a minimum.

Chris

I usually bring a camera... If it's charged depends if I remember to plug it in on the drive and an external phone charger ($80 and it does three charges).

Damn, I carry 2x what Steve Carries, but could use a Denny to lug my stuff around.  lol

You'd think a Sasquatch could haul a mountain around on his back?
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

My list is similar to Steve's, minus the duffel.  I wear what will keep me warm enough and usually end up a bit chilly.
I also quit bringing a chair.  I just stand or sit on a rock.  My sessions don't tend to be long enough to need it lately.
One other thing I do carry in my small tackle bag is a small harbor freight dead blow hammer.  Makes putting my sand spike in the ground fast and easy.

Pinoyfisher

Rod, reel, rod holder and a back up reel in back pack.
Small cooler bag with bait. 4-10 mackerel depending on size, or other exotic baits if I have some.
Extra warm gear hoodie and/or jacket also in back pack.
Handful of rod tip lights.
Head lamp + 2 extras in back pack along with a flash light.
Tupper ware with ~ six extra 6oz sputniks.
6-10 extra rigs
Towel for wiping hands.
Camera with a tripod.
Baby wipes too (you never know)
Tail rope
Dehooker
Dykes
Rod Belt

I don't bring a chair, I sit on my cooler or just stand the whole night.

Tom just sits in my chair. Any chance he gets.

Since I like to go for the long haul and have run into some really cold nights on the beach, I'm getting a Mr. Heater buddy. I use a big umbrella to block wind and we had one out there one night and it was nice and toasty. Would probably be perfect for winter and spring bay bat fishing and some beaches.

Also baby wipes...  :-[

Lol

Good idea.

I've always had to remove a sock and use that.

Edit:

Have used old shirts quite a few times as well.

Always my biggest fear. I usually skip lunch and dinner before a night trip, otherwise I'm sure I'd be out a hand towel every trip.

I need to review these lists next time I'm out there.  I never remember glow sticks.

I've also waded out waist high, dropped the board shorts and let it go. I really chummed up the water good that day.
