Hit the big pond for a little batting practice last night. Babies. Nothing but babies.

Insert pictures of 10" rays, Key Chain Leos and 12" croaker.

Two runners that looked like contenders, but they were short bit, probably larger model Leos.

Looks like it's going to be Hero or Zero for SNBF 8)

We'll probably get out to back bay Wednesday too, but man, that water was really messed up. We need a miracle :-[

It is truly going to be a dice roll on Saturday!
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

Just got intel that the water is still off color at our old reliable. Will do a recon on Wednesday to double check. But it also looks like the surf is going to cooperate, so we just might have to do this all off the sand on the Big Pond this year in The OC 8)

So far this year, we have 1 45" bat and some babies...

Ordinarily I like to have a detailed battle plan in place, but I'm not feeling it this year. I'm going to go with my guy's gut feelings. They've been fishing a long ass time, so if they're feeling a spot, I say go for it.

You got to be in it to win it, and it only takes one ;D

I hear you Chip.  Even though we haven't caught any in the last couple months, I had a plan all decided on last night.  Then I get a text that blew it all to crap.  It's going to a flip of the coin I think...
