Jack Murtagh is having some technical difficulties, so I'm helping him out:

"Details: went to a beach not many people like to fish. This spot has been producing recently for me so I fished it and nothing for 2 hours and then hooked up got him on the sand, in hooked, measured, released, end of story."

Well, congrats Jack!  That's a bigger one than we've seen tonight even though a few nicer grade fish were caught.  It looks like LA is the front runner until we hear back from Team Monterey.  This could be a last minute call if they sand bag too long!
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
