Always takes the pioneer to set the bar. I bet these other photo companies are chomping at the bit to see how this shakes out. It was only a matter of time before the company knew it had a critical mass of photos throughout the web where it was able to manage this hoist. I'd say if Photobastards turn a pretty penny off this stunt, the others will follow suit just like the airlines and their profit raking bag fees. Money talks, but the prices they chose to go to market with were pure extortion. Something like $30 a year would probably been more palatable by the masses, but $399 is crazy. Oddly, I don't think I've been hit, but never used more than 4% of my total space.

They make it difficult, but you can download all your pics. In the process of doing that now and then deleting my pics from photophucket. Slowly cutting the cord.

I whacked the yellows(and a dodo) over the weekend but not doing a report because of stupid photo sharing sites.
that other guys site sucks. It's not mobile friendly and you have to watch a stupid video tutorial to learn to use it. Flickr is trash too.

Imgur has a mobile app. Pretty easy too.
Www.postimage.org is easy also.
