Finally got the time to lift the plywood and make templates to replace it all.

Jesus H Christ the trolling motor every god@mn bolt except 1 wouldn't budge.  >:( >:(
Spent about half the time taking the rotted bow section off due to the damn thing. Too a reciprocating saw to the f'ing bolts and cut them off. May not even put the beotch back on  >:(

Didn't get to the livewell section or the main deck due to the heat and sun blazing down.  :o Got a bit fried.
