Waves were BIG and the current was strong.  Spent a good part of time talking to Boz while watching the waves before heading to the bar to grab some beers and grub.  We hit the beach ready to throw in the white flag when we saw that conditions leveled out a bit.

I was hopeful, but the current was RIPPING!  Not much in the way of weeds, but the little amount of weeds that would hit your line might as well been a 100' parachute.  I made about 10 casts and called it quits within the hour.  Steve made 4 casts and called it quits.

Time to lay a sacrifice down for Poseidon...  Blood will be spilled!  I need to appease the fish gods again.  8)
