Fresh bait in North County

Can anyone give any suggestions on where to get fresh squid and/or mackerel in North San Diego?

If not fresh, then frozen would work.

Oceanside pier if you want to catch it yourself.

Frozen I get at pacific coast bait n tackle. Tell them shark man sent you.

Don't know anywhere to buy fresh mack or squid any closer than Mira Mesa.
