The Blade Does Catch Fish says Dave (7/30)

So Dave and Roger did their usual routine and went to the bay to throw plastics and play backgammon.  Dave is not a poster, but wanted this up to say that "Blades do work".  I think my old post old Underspins Don't Work spurred him on.

Roger had 3 bass by the time Dave got down there.  Roger has been dying to get his 2018 legal halibut from the shoreline, but won't use Dave's blade baits.  Dave has been getting good with them as his fish and numbers have been steadily on the rise.

He finally gets blown up on the blade and pulls in this nice legal hali in which he released.



Here is his drug of choice.  $8 fancy lead heads.  I at least get a similar version of them off Ebay for $3.  LOL
