Be sure to be able to take a good tape shot, so bring someone to drink beer with and help with the taping of it.   I will count it for VC if you get it, but can't imagine no one is fishing up there!

Good to know. I figured buddy system meant another posting member or something. I do hope a few members pop up that night though!

For the Team SD guys.  I've been looking on where to make the main gathering, but I think the island is still our best shot and most relaxing.  Other spots are too crowded now and/or don't have fire rings.  We are relatively left alone on the island and have caught some bruisers there.  Some people have had a tough go fishing on the island, but feel free to message me other locations to start at and I'll send you some other places to try.  I think I'll  be ending up at our usual spot on the island towards the late afternoon/evening though.  Last year I just stayed on the island and drank for 12 hours.  I'm trying to cut that one down to 4 hours.  LOL
