Trying to get away at least once a month and the twins were out of school so I made a deal, wash Bad Pig and we go to Lake Skinner for 5 days ;D

Got to our site and set up camp, Max made quick work of finding the bass 8) 8)

They fished everyday but I was in chill mode, so there was lots of BBQing and enjoying some music in camp. We didn't leave hungry, that's for sure cause my smoker and BBQ were getting a workout.

The weather was perfect so we spent time riding our bikes and hiking some trails around the lake. The Park is well maintained and it's always nice to see it and take pics. I had to show off my new shirts too ;D ;D  Breakfast first, then out we go 8)

I ended up bumping into a buddy who was camping there also, He went fishing with us and the catfish loved the anchovies :) He managed a nice trout on a black Rooster Tail the next day 8)

Max got the biggest bass and Myles got the biggest catfish, they were happy campers :) :)

Our last night we ate pretty well with some T-Bone steaks, Lobster and scallops. Had to finish it off with a Peach Cobbler to get the food coma into full swing ???

We really enjoy this campground, it's somewhat close to home and been going there for 25+ years. We have our favorite sites but they all are pretty good pull thru spots. Our 5th wheel is 17 years old and is still serving us well. Sorry if all the trips look the same but at least this trip has fish in it  ;D ;D

No Kidding!  All that great food and a ton of fish!  What a great trip Tim!

One thing though, my version of a Dutch Oven usually just gets me a slap on the side of my head!
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

That's a sweet little grill you got, I've never seen one that nice. Food and fishing looks great.
