 Ribs sounded good tonight and wanted to use my new treasure I got over the weekend from my cousin, its been in his garage for 40 years and now it's on my patio 8) It makes a great Dutch Oven Table :)



Stuffed 2 racks of  seasoned baby backs in the 12 ''



Added the coals top and bottom and let them cook :D



An hour into the cook I added BBQ sauce



Let them go another 30 minutes and  they look great, falling off the bone 8)



Served up with fresh zucchini :D




Bust out the Cast Iron, it's easy 8) 8)

WOW on so many levels!  That old range is awesome!  ...and those ribs look amazing! 

I have a Dutch oven, but have not used it yet.  I guess it's time to start expanding my culinary horizons, albeit not on a bad ass stove like that.  lol
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
