I am not even kidding you when I say that I've at least known him for 15+ years and has been consistent.  I'm pretty sure I've never seen him sober.

I was truly entertained by the pass off Tom performed of Bud to Steve...... ;D
It's all Tom and Don's fault! They "hooked" me on mud marlins and sharks!
