Another gopher infiltrated the yard.  I can't seem to kill them fast enough, but I took Mike's advice and bought a Gopher Hawk.

That is SOOOO much easier than my traditional traps and looks just about as devious!  Hooked one up, so we'll see how it works!

I'll take pics in the days to come.

I just got one in my hawk the other day, the pool gets them too. Keep moving it if you don't get any takers the first try👍

That's depressing to hear. I'll be checking my tattoo when I get home from work. I'm hoping this is a game changer.

This thing is not doing the job...  I have it set perfectly, but nada.

If I go back to the standard traps and catch one, I'm going to send in a bad review to the G-Hawk. lol

Yep, this thing seems devious, but only apparently can kill the dumb ones.  My gophers apparently have PhD's....

Once this effing gopher cleanedout my raised bed of watermelon plants and random green onions, it moved on to my neighbor's yard and is now wreaking havock on her veggies. It completely bypassed the ghawk. I HATE  GOPHERS.

Worst gopher killing device ever.   My gopher pushed a rock in the loop and set it off, bending a strap...
