Guess I'm Into Whale Watching Now 11/23

Tom got me all excited about bluefin so I went out looking for them. Missed by window by about <---> that much and all I got was the mammalian afterparty. First time taking the boat out in a couple weeks so I am very sore right now. Got my trolling setup a little more dialed in with the rod holder placement so I'm looking forward to another shot or two before Old Man Winter turns the Mosquito into a full time whale watching phenom.

50 yards is my personal limit with these guys, and trying to spot the whole pod before getting that close....

But as soon as they disappear for a minute I start to worry like oh f@ck oh f@ck oh f@ck where's it coming up?!?!?!?

Bummer I didn't get a hold of you on the radio.  Great video Jeremy!  That's a big herd of whales there, very impressive.

Yeah, those BFT probably popped up right after you headed for the barn.  Not bad trying for them in the end of November though!
